RedX HTML Encoder
There are many special characters that require encoding for use in a
HTML document. Characters such as <, the symbol for less than, can not be used
directly in HTML text as it will be mistaken as an opening tag. To use this
symbol we encode it as <.

characters in a piece of text allowing the output to be used directly in a
HTML document.
